I used Paperless Post for a small party invite and it was a really easy process overall. Everything came out just like I chose it, including the names, date, and design. It took me a minute to figure out where to make edits, but once I did, the final order was accurate and looked great. Happy with how it all turned out.

"Nice invites, but the pricing feels a little sneaky"
I’ve used Paperless Post a few times and, it works well. The invitations definitely look nicer than a plain email, and setting everything up isn’t too hard. My main complaint is the whole coins/pricing setup. It gets confusing really quickly, and it feels like there are little policy loopholes where basic features end up costing extra or aren’t as clear upfront as they should be. For bigger events it might be worth it, but for smaller get-togethers, I’m not always sure the cost makes sense.

"Just a heads up for anyone using Paperless…"
Just a heads up for anyone using Paperless Post: the designs are really cute and the invites do look great, but the coin/credit system can be frustrating. I thought I had enough to send mine, then realized some extra options cost more than expected. It works fine once you figure it out, but I really wish the pricing was clearer upfront before you get to the sending stage.

They showed me a few add-ons at checkout, but it didn’t feel pushy at all. I ended up choosing one envelope design and, skipped the rest. Easy overall

I used Paperless Post for a birthday event, the invites looked really nice. Very polished, very cute. But then a few guests told me they never got the emails, which sent me into a tiny planning spiral of doom because I had no idea who actually received what. To be fair, it worked fine for what I needed, but I did feel like the free options were limited. It’s not bad, just wish there was a bit more available without having to upgrade.

I used Paperless Post to send updates to guests before a birthday dinner, and it was helpful. The guest messaging came in handy when I needed to remind everyone about parking and the timing, so I didn’t have to text people one by one. Most folks got the messages without any issue, and a few replied back easily too. The layout did take me a little while to figure out, and some replies felt kind of buried, but it wasn’t no huge problem. Overall, I’d use it again.

"Decent, but the contact import could be better"
I used Paperless Post to send out some invites and imported my contacts, and it mostly got the job done. The actual invite part was easy once everything was set up, but the contact import was a little clunky. A few names came through weird, and I had to manually fix some email addresses, which was kind of annoying. Overall, it worked fine... just not as smoothly as I was hoping.

I used the mobile app to send out birthday invites, the designs were really cute and everyone received them without any issues. I’ve used this brand before and usually like their stuff, so I wanted to love the app too, but editing on my phone was kind of frustrating. It froze on me once, a few buttons were annoyingly hard to tap, and it took me longer than it should have to understand how the coins worked. It got the job done, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I expected from a brand I usually trust.

"Cute Invite Without the Printing Stress"
I used Paperless Post for a birthday invite, i was so relieved by how much cheaper it was than printing everything. I was a little worried it might look too simple, but then I saw the final invite and got kind of excited because it actually looked really nice. For what I paid, it felt like a solid deal.

i mean, I used Paperless Post for my birthday invites and it was easy. The emails went out right away, and I liked being able to see who opened them because that actually helped me keep track. Nobody mentioned having any issues or missing the invite, so I’d call that a win. Super simple, reliable, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Invites finally stopped being a headache"
